Draft for review. Operator details, privacy request handling, and legal review must be completed before launch. This is not a compliance certification.
Fees
Draft updated 23 September 2026
In short: Browsing and inquiries are free of a Kardel transaction fee. Any charge tied to a sale, financing, or payment route must be disclosed before agreement or payment.
Current Kardel charges
Browsing, saving a vehicle, messaging, and submitting an application do not by themselves create a Kardel purchase or transaction fee.
An enabled invoice or checkout must show the amount and any applicable charges before payment. These draft terms do not establish a general buyer fee, sale commission, or layaway or paluwagan charge.
External costs
A seller, financing institution, payment provider, or other party may charge for inspection, registration, delivery, credit, or other services. The written offer must identify the party charging and the full amount before you agree.
A seller message alone does not turn an external charge into a Kardel fee or guarantee. Do not treat an estimate, cash-out amount, or proposed downpayment as the full cost of a vehicle or loan.
Future fees
If Kardel introduces another paid service, its price and terms must be shown before the user chooses it. No undisclosed future fee is authorised by this notice.
