What to include

Use your account email or another contact through which you can receive a reply. State the right you want to exercise and enough information to identify the relevant account or record. Do not include passwords, payment details, or an ID scan in the initial message.

What happens next

The operator must verify identity proportionately, record the request, check the legal basis for any retained records, and explain the outcome. Closing an account is different from deleting every message, application, audit record, or backup.

If a record must be retained, the response should explain the reason and applicable retention criteria. Where required, the operator must communicate corrections or erasure to recipients. No automated account deletion is performed by this page.

Use the privacy email in Operator and contact details, if available. If it says Not set, no submission channel is configured here. The email link opens your mail app and does not send a request automatically. The request channel and handling procedure must be operational before launch.

Other controls

Cookie settings withdraws optional browser consent. Account notification settings lets signed-in users turn off optional notification emails. Security and account-recovery messages may still be necessary.
